1. Be organize avoid procrastinate
Easier said than done, true we need to match our talk and our action but how what is the way. As for me I have done few things that help me to do this firstly I have start to make a journal which help me a lot to copped what my days should be and how I plan my days. Second, I don't take to much decision just a mindful decision that help me to accomplish my day.
2. Start doing, stop expecting something to be perfect
Be perfect, get perfect score, perfect project... Indeed we should stop expecting these things. This kind of mind will make us more procrastinating, and we want things to be done perfectly which is bullshit and not that very great way, we always should be more act and carefully plan through. It is better to do things rather than wait until things we do are perfect but nothing is done..
3. Get up and Drink Water!
To live water is the most important assets. Our brain will stop working without water we will dehydrated and our thinking capability is stopped which is not good for our health and also how we want ourselves to act and to learn. What I mean by get up try to excercise our body and ourselves.. And it is also recommended to wake earlier than usual our brain will have more wise decision when we wake up earlier.
